Alumitec Racing is proud to announce the appointment of Benjamin Messaoui as Chief of Engineering for the #11 car for the upcoming season.
With over four years of academic training at the prestigious ESTACA , a CTI-accredited engineering school specialized in automotive engineering, Benjamin has distinguished himself through strong involvement in motorsport, notably within the Formula Student program as part of the ESTACARS project.
A Performance-Oriented Technical Profile
Benjamin demonstrates strong expertise in engineering and data analysis tools, including MATLAB, CATIA V5, SolidWorks, ADAMS Car, as well as MoTeC i2 Pro and AIM RaceStudio 3 data acquisition and analysis software.
His experience includes:
- Data analysis and R&D work on prototype and GT cars during his internship at O-ONE
- Electrical wiring harness design and manufacturing
- Steering system sizing (FEM) and development of camber/toe/caster measurement systems
- Participation in operations at the Le Mans Classic 2025
His profile combines scientific rigor, project management skills, and the ability to perform under pressure essential qualities at the highest level of the NASCAR Euro Series.
A New Technical Era for the #11
As Chief of Engineering for the #11 car, driven by Gianmarco Ercoli , Benjamin will be responsible for:
- Optimizing car performance and vehicle dynamics
- Advanced race and testing data analysis
- Technical coordination between the driver, crew chief, and mechanics
- Strategic development of the #11 program heading into the 2026 season
