Luca Canneori began his journey in motorsport at just 16 years old, working as a mechanic in his family’s racing team. Driven by passion, dedication, and a deep love for racing, he steadily grew within the organization, taking on a variety of roles over the years. His hands-on experience in both the technical and operational aspects of the sport eventually led him to his current position as Sporting Director and Head of Logistics.
With a strong foundation in team operations and race preparation, he has been involved in numerous national and international championships. In Italy, he has participated in high-level series such as TCR Italy, the MINI Challenge, BMW M2 Trophy, GT championships, and prototype racing. Each of these experiences has contributed to his broad understanding of vehicle dynamics, driver support, and race strategy.
His international experience is equally extensive. He has played key roles in major European racing series, including the Clio Cup Europe, Ferrari Challenge Europe, the International Superstars Series, and the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. These platforms have allowed him to operate at a high level of competition, often under pressure, managing both the sporting and logistical demands of racing across borders.
In his role as Chief operating officer and Sporting Director, he oversees driver relations, regulatory compliance, race weekend coordination, and logistical planning. His ability to balance precision with adaptability makes him a central figure in the smooth functioning of the team, both at the circuit and behind the scenes.
With nearly two decades of progressive experience in motorsport, he represents the next generation of team leadership deeply rooted in tradition but always forward thinking. His commitment continues to drive the team’s performance, professionalism, and presence in the international racing scene.
